Detox Water

Juicer's I can't stress clean eating enough to those of you that are ordering the detox Water. This is a 3 day detox that should be void of junk food, empty carbs, coffee and teas. While consuming the Detox Water you should be eating clean detoxifying foods which is primarily fruits and vegetables. If you choose to eat meat I'd only say consume it once a day and do it at lunch time. Aim for chicken or fish.
