This is why I count calories and this is why my clients get specific blends in their packages. It's not about what you like I'm counting your calories for you. Your weight is controlled by calories in vs. calories out. If you're eating the same number of calories as you burn, on average, you'll maintain your weight. Eat more than you burn and you'll gain weight; eat less than you burn, and you'll lose weight. Most of my clients don't like to work out this is why they get low calorie meal plans. I've incorporated eating more in my personal diet because I'm working out more and I need the calories for the gym so I won't kill myself. Brought to you by Juicing With Jai 101.
